I like the DIY airlocks 👍 I currently have two batches of cider on the go and had some nice bacon for breakfast that I smoked yesterday. Thinking to make some pineapple wine this week as they are relatively cheap at the moment and also some smoked liver chicken paté.

I'm doing the same at the moment and looked this up today ha ha Anything up to 8.5% alcohol is cider and anything higher is wine.

I actually just started as we can't get decent bacon here. I bought a smoker too. Looking to make ham, salamis and sausages as well. Later in the year we are looking to raise some pigs. I'm also looking to make wine from the various fruits we have here like cashew and mango.
