I cant see McKenna leaving Ipswich, he's loved there and will want to give them at least one season in the Prem. But regardless, he would represent a risk to us. As well as he's done, he has ZERO Prem experience.

My guess it that RDZ's demands were too much for Tony, and knowing this would mean a decent job offer would temp him away, Tony has then decided that we'll end things now, on our terms, with plenty of time to find a successor...
